From Pinning to Perfect — Our Alteration Process

Every great fit starts with a close look at how your clothes sit on you. We listen to what you need, make careful pins, and adjust with precision.

Bring in Your Item
Stop by the location that’s closest to you – 2395 Water Tower Road in Longs, 4999 Carolina Forest Boulevard in Myrtle Beach, or 980 Cipriana Drive in Myrtle Beach – with the clothing you’d like altered.

Expert Alteration
Your clothing is carefully altered with precision and attention to detail, ensuring it feels comfortable and looks just the way you want.

Finish and Final Check
After alterations are complete, each item goes through a final inspection to ensure perfect stitching, fit, and finish. We double-check every seam, hem, and adjustment for accuracy and comfort. Once approved, your item is packaged and prepared for pickup or delivery, ready for you to wear with confidence.
Our Grande Dunes and Carolina Forest locations are open Monday–Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and our Water Tower is open until 5:00 PM. On Saturday, we’re here from 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM, and we’re closed on Sunday.
Yes. We provide FREE Pickup and Delivery Service for alteration orders, just like with our cleaning services.
Pricing depends on the garment and the type of work needed. After we inspect your item, we’ll give you a clear estimate before any work begins.
You won’t be left guessing. We’ll send you real-time updates by text so you’ll know the moment your garment is ready to pick up (or on its way back to you).
